Phone cancellations are NOT PERMITTED.

To cancel, please submit your request via email by replying to your confirmation email at least 7 days before your arrival for daily or weekly stays.

Any changes or cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your arrival; otherwise, the deposit for your reservation will be forfeited. 

Credited Reservations may only be used within the same calendar year of canceled reservations that are approved by management. 

If we receive your cancellation within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival, you will be liable for half of the original reservation amount, including taxes and booking fees.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for early departures due to unforeseen events such as illness, RV repairs, natural disasters, or changes in work schedules.

No-shows will incur the full charge of the reservation, with no refunds provided.

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation in extreme circumstances.

We also reserve the right to make site substitutions at any time before check-in.

Once a customer has stayed one night, no refunds will be issued for any unused days of the reservation.

Unscheduled extensions to your stay are subject to availability.

For group reservations, cancellations must be made at least 20 days in advance; otherwise, a one-night site fee will be charged for each site booked together beyond three.
